About me

My first experience with the English language was at the age of 5; I've been loving and enjoying English since then:) I am currently studying at the Institute of English Studies at Warsaw Univeristy, where I major in applied linguistics. I take courses in computational/corpus linguistics (which has become my new passion), translation studies and various types of translation (e.g.for the theatre, legal documents, texts on tourism).

Translation is my passion and I try to link it with my numerous interests and knowledge of these fields. In my work I very often use, or prepare my own, language corpora (both general and specialized), which speed up and improve the work.
